Technical project manager

Position: Project Manager – APAC Delivery Team

Location: Gurgaon, India - hybrid

Employment Type: Permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete project lifecycle from presales through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success. Serve as the primary customer-facing Project Manager for enterprise deployments. Drive project planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance meetings, and executive reviews. Coordinate with customers, partners, Delivery Engineers, Solution Engineers, Support, Product Management, and Customer Success teams. Manage project risks, scope changes, escalations, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations. Ensure successful project delivery while achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives. Contribute to delivery process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled project management practices.

Required Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience. Experience managing multiple enterprise technology projects simultaneously. Strong stakeholder, risk, and commercial management skills. Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, or enterprise IT environments is preferred. Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management from presales to post-deployment. PMP certification is an added advantage. Willingness to travel within the APAC region (10–15%) and support customers across multiple APAC time zones.
