Job Description:

• Billed Sales & Order Booking

• Segment wise achievement of business plan
• Ensuring conversion of enquiries to orders to meet business objectives as per ABP

• Working Capital Management - Customer Outstanding

• Working with internal & external stakeholders for Working Capital control

• Business Development

• New Business development & relationship Building for Key Accounts/New Accounts/Architects/PMC
• Promoting integrated offering & generate business for other LOBs and BU of Godrej

• Key Account Management

• Managing Enquiries / Tenders
• Collecting market information, information on competitor activities

• Customer Satisfaction

• Achieving and improving customer satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis

• Realizations

• Competition Analysis
• MIS & Feedback

Qualifications Required:

Essential : B. E /B. Tech (Civil) or bachelor's in architecture

Preferred : -

Experience Required

Essential : Minimum 4 years of work experience for B. E /B.Tech (Civil) or bachelor's in architecture
