Greetings from HYR Global Source Inc Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Functional SME / Implementation Lead | Hyderabad We are hiring a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional SME / Implementation Lead for a hybrid opportunity in Hyderabad with strong potential for flexibility based on experience and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite functional experience, including at least one end-to-end greenfield implementation or ERP-to-NetSuite migration, with strong expertise across Core Financials, P2P, O2C, Project Management, and Project Accounting. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering, current-state/future-state analysis and fit-gap assessments. Configure NetSuite Core Financials, P2P, O2C, Project Management and Project Accounting. Design and implement processes supporting Indian GST, TDS, statutory compliance and financial reporting. Lead data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and migration. Prepare functional requirements, solution-design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows and test scripts. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, user training, cutover and production go-live activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, System Integrators and implementation partners. Must-Have Skills 8 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite functional experience End-to-end greenfield NetSuite implementation or major ERP-to-NetSuite migration experience Core Financials P2P / Procure-to-Pay O2C / Order-to-Cash Project Management & Project Accounting Requirements gathering, discovery workshops and fit-gap analysis CRP, SIT, UAT, data conversion and production cutover Indian GST, TDS and statutory accounting NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, dashboards, reports and saved searches Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation Good to Have Construction / Real Estate / Engineering / Infrastructure domain experience CA / CMA / MBA Finance or relevant accounting qualification Oracle NetSuite certification SuiteApps NetSuite mobile / tablet solutions SuiteFlow / SuiteAnalytics NetSuite integrations and REST/SOAP services Experience with project costing, project billing, retention and project profitability Work Details Location: Hyderabad, India Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite during the initial implementation phase Flexibility: For exceptionally strong candidates, the requirement may be reduced to 1 day onsite per week Remote Option: The role may transition to remote once the implementation is established and the project is progressing successfully.
