Role Overview
Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and enterprise partnerships for BLive’s EV fleet solutions business. The role involves acquiring enterprise customers, closing deals, managing key accounts, and driving long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales
Acquire B2 B customers for EV fleet rentals and mobility solutions
Build and manage a pipeline across logistics, e-commerce, q-commerce, FMCG, and last-mile delivery companies
Engage with CXOs, founders, procurement, and operations leaders
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
2. Solution Selling & Account Growth
Pitch BLive’s EV fleet, charging, and fleet management solutions
Create customized commercial proposals and support pilot programs
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-city expansion
Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer success
3. Market Development & Reporting
Track market opportunities, competitor activity, and pricing trends
Build partnerships and referral channels
Maintain pipeline, forecasts, account trackers, and sales reports
Ensure timely documentation, contracts, and internal handovers
APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE:
5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2 B Sales, Fleet Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Strong enterprise customer acquisition and account management experience.
Proven track record of selling solutions to enterprise customers and closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.

Preferred
Experience in EV, E-Mobility, Fleet Management, Logistics, Mobility, Last-Mile Delivery, Vehicle Leasing, 3 PL, or Saa S businesses.
Understanding of fleet operations, mobility solutions, and enterprise transportation requirements.
MBA preferred.
Existing network within the logistics, mobility, or enterprise ecosystem is an added advantage.
