Accounts Manager Company: DropX Logistics Location: Manjeri, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview Manage the complete accounting, finance, statutory compliance, financial reporting and financial control functions of DropX Logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate with the payroll team for payroll data processing and verification. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Maintain books of accounts, AP, AR, bank reconciliations and ledgers. Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports. Manage vendor payments, invoicing and collections. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors
