Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead facility upliftment projects, manage hospital aesthetics, coordinate renovations, and ensure our healthcare environment remains safe, functional, and world-class.

Locations - Multiple locations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct audits to identify snags, operational gaps, and aesthetic improvements.
✔ Prepare BOQs, budgets, and project timelines for upkeep/renovation works.
✔ Coordinate with architects, vendors, procurement, and maintenance teams.
✔ Execute civil, interior, and renovation projects within budget and timelines.
✔ Monitor quality, conduct weekly audits, and submit MIS reports.
✔ Support project handover by preparing snag lists and ensuring closure as per the checklist.
✔ Develop material maintenance guidelines and train housekeeping teams on proper care and cleaning procedures.
✔ Manage vendor performance, project documentation, inventories, and maintenance records.

We're Looking For:

• Candidate with Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge of civil works, interior finishes, MEP services, and renovation projects.
• Experience in fit-out projects mandatory.
• Candidate must have strong interior fit-out experience.
• Candidates with prior experience in hospital projects are highly preferred.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor management, and project coordination.
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
