About the JobOur client, a contemporary luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join its Boca Raton retail team. This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven sales professional who understands elevated customer service and knows how to turn first-time shoppers into loyal clients. The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury or premium retail, strong clienteling skills, and a genuine ability to connect with customers while driving sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalized, attentive service throughout the customer experienceBuild strong product knowledge and provide thoughtful recommendations based on each client's style, needs, and occasionDevelop and maintain a personal client portfolio through consistent relationship building and follow-upConduct proactive client outreach through approved phone, text, email, and clienteling platformsCommunicate new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty opportunities to existing clientsWork toward individual and store sales goals through natural upselling and cross-sellingMaintain an organized, polished, and visually appealing sales floorAssist with merchandise replenishment, inventory receiving, stock counts, and stockroom organizationProcess purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS systemCollaborate with the store team and share product knowledge to support overall performance
Qualifications3+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium environmentStrong hands-on clienteling experience, including building a personal client base and conducting proactive outreachDemonstrated ability to drive sales and develop repeat businessStrong interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished, professional communication styleComfortable working in a fast-paced retail environmentExperience with retail POS systems; Shopify experience is a plusExisting relationships within the local community or an established client following is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
