Senior Land Project Manager

The Senior Land Project Manager role should act with full ownership of self-developed DFH projects, as well as DFH responsibilities in finished-lot projects. An outline of responsibilities is below ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Autonomously manage contractors, consultants, and field operations to keep projects progressing on schedule and on budget Gather regular (biweekly) updates from finished-lot sellers on deal progress, as well as schedule updates from sitework contractors on self-development projects Prior to closing, assess finished lots to verify all contractual lot conditions, punch list items, and delivery requirements are completed prior to acceptance Prepare and distribute weekly field update reports to proactively identify issues, drive accountability with developers
