You’ll have direct access to leadership, real authority over your sites, and a team that values long-term relationships with both clients and employees.What You’ll DoLead site supervisors and front-line teams across multiple client locationsRun regular site inspections and track performance against KPIs and SLAsKeep operations safe and compliant with OSHA and regulatory standardsAct as the go-to contact for clients, resolving issues quickly and professionallyManage scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and site budgetsCoach and develop your team through training, feedback, and performance reviewsIdentify and implement process improvements that raise service qualityWhat You BringExperience in facilities management, building maintenance, or janitorial services; multi-site experience is a big plusA proven track record of leading and developing teamsStrong client-facing communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfort with scheduling, budgeting, KPIs, and service-level agreementsWorking knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practicesProficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling toolsAbility to travel between sites across the NYC Metro AreaHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, or a related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $67,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skillsPerformance bonus: tied to site quality, client retention, and operational results[Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), vehicle/transit allowance, phone, etc.]Ready to make an impact?
