Account Manager - Client Projects

b Overview /b p In this role you’ll lead social-first, fast-moving client campaigns within LADbible’s branded content team. You’ll manage key brand partnerships, coordinating across departments to deliver on time and on budget while maintaining excellent client service. You’ll drive campaign reporting and optimize processes to meet client KPIs, influencing creative direction and delivery. This position offers impact across a global youth audience and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li blended working (office 4 days per week) /li li equal opportunities employer /li li diverse and inclusive culture /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage key brand partnerships on a day-to-day basis /li li Oversee production and delivery schedules with the production team /li li Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication /li li Chair briefing meetings to align delivery strategy with client and project needs /li li Manage project finances, budgets, contracts and SOWs /li li Produce weekly and quarterly campaign performance reporting /li li Collaborate with wider LAD teams to optimize campaign processes /li li Lead reporting for major clients during weekly and quarterly business reviews /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience delivering complex campaigns across social video and static content /li li Strong knowledge of social platforms, formats and best practices /li li Proficiency in account/project management including briefings, timelines, presentations, and cost management /li li Natural leadership to guide team members /li li Ability to build honest, trust-based client relationships /li li Comfort with fast-paced, creative environments and cross-team collaboration /li li Excellent written and verbal communication with clear storytelling /li /ul ul li relationship-building /li li communication /li li solutions-focused mindset /li li social media strategy and best practices /li li project management /li li budgeting and SOW development /li /ul
