Senior associate tax

Legalogic is looking for tax professionals with at least 4 years of consulting experience in i) Corporate tax & M&A advisory and ii) cross-border taxation to join its tax team. The candidate should have a solution-oriented approach to solving tax problems. This profile is based at Pune with "work from office" first approch.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in cross-border tax, corporate tax, or transaction tax advisory. Strong technical expertise in direct tax and international tax. Working knowledge of GST, FEMA, and Companies Act provisions. Demonstrated experience independently managing client relationships and leading assignment execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical positions clearly to senior stakeholders. Strong orientation toward leveraging AI/technology tools for research, drafting, and efficiency. Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements simultaneously. Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
