Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Media Leader

Mous is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media across Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) and Amazon for our fast-growing consumer brand. You’ll shape how it’s run and manage campaigns hands-on from our Lahore office.

You’ll mentor the Junior Growth Executive, report results to senior stakeholders, and turn data into strategy using ROAS, CPA and CVR. This role offers growth opportunities as our paid media expands across markets.
