Officer, Sales (Key Account Management)

The role is responsible for driving technical sales and business growth by providing clinical and product expertise for medical devices. The incumbent will work closely with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and the sales team to build strong customer relationships, deliver product demonstrations and support clinical applications. Illustrative Responsibilities Must be able to build & maintain relationships with medical fraternity; corporate stake holders in established large volume accounts with excellent levels of retention and integrity. Must be Target oriented, proficient in managing relations with sales team & cementing healthy relationship with the clients for generating business and leading workforce towards accomplishing business and corporate goals. Experience in conducting demonstrations, doctors meet, conferences and education training programmes. Should be well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity & initiative to achieve both personal & corporate goals. Support in Pre & Post Sales by extending support for Technical/Commercial/Demo/Service ensuring direct connect of Olympus. Basic Idea about International Trade such as Sales though Letter of Credit, High Sea Sales. INCOTERMS and alternate Business Methods. Willing to Travel in North and East India frequently. Conducting Maximum demos of Capital Equipment and Spending maximum time in Operating Rooms and Endoscopy Suites. Educational & Professional Qualification Qualification – B Tech / B.E. / Bio Medical Engineering. MBA is preferable. Candidate should have experience of 4 to 6 years in Sales / Marketing of Capital Equipment in the medical equipment industry
