A growing $100M+ sales and distribution company is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function across its North American operations.

What makes this opportunity interesting?

This is much more than managing the close. The Controller will work directly with the NA Finance Leader, help strengthen the company’s accounting infrastructure, improve processes and controls, and build a function that can scale with the continued growth of the business.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Controller or a strong Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager ready to take the next step.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

• Accounting and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and locations
• Monthly, quarterly and annual close
• Leadership of the accounting team
• Company-wide accounting policies, internal controls and reporting standards
• External audit and key financial relationships
• Process, systems, controls and reporting improvements across the organization

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations and internal controls experience
• Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus
• CPA is a plus
