We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Design Consultants – Interiors to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves understanding clients' requirements, lifestyle, design preferences, space requirements, and budget, and helping them develop suitable interior design solutions.

The Design Consultant will work closely with prospective clients and the internal design team throughout the consultation and project closure process. The role involves client meetings, design discussions, material selection, site visits, proposal presentations, lead follow-ups, and supporting the conversion of prospective clients into confirmed projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in Interior Design or Architecture who are interested in combining their design knowledge with client interaction and business development.

• Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, space, and budget through detailed consultations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Present suitable interior design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop customized design proposals based on client requirements.
• Assist clients with material, colour, finish, furniture, and other interior selections .
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project presentations in coordination with the design and sales teams.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage leads throughout the consultation and conversion process.
• Understand client concerns, handle queries, and support negotiations and project closures.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to project execution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, products, and market developments .
• Contribute towards individual and team targets for meetings, conversions, and revenue.
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, local marketing activities, and relevant events when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, residential interiors, or a related industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong design knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and design concepts .
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead follow-up, negotiation, and client conversion.
• Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and conduct regular client and site visits.
• Hindi or Telugu language proficiency is required/preferred.
