We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Lead Generation

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–4 Years

Are you passionate about B2 B outbound sales, building meaningful connections, and creating new business opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help drive our enterprise sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

Prospect enterprise accounts through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In, and other outbound channels.

Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.

Execute personalized outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings.

Qualify prospects and support pipeline growth.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Maintain CRM accuracy and consistently achieve activity and meeting targets.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in B2 B outbound sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.

Strong communication, prospecting, and account research skills.

Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and Linked In outreach.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
