Roles and Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

● Lead concept visualization and design moodboards.

● Direct creative executions across packaging, digital, print, and video.

● Collaborate with copy, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life.

● Supervise designers and ensure brand consistency across all formats.

● Oversee photo/video shoots, set art direction, and visual tone.

️ Skills Required

● Killer design sense with the ability to translate strategy into stunning visual ideas.

● Deep knowledge of typography, layout, and colour theory.

● Mastery in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

● A strong aesthetic eye and storytelling instinct.

● Ability to juggle multiple briefs without dropping the vibe.

● Team player who can inspire, mentor, and guide junior designers.

Experience

●6-10 years in design, advertising, or brand creative roles.

● A portfolio that shows range, taste, and impact across media.

● Experience with FMCG, D2C, or youth-first brands is a win.
