What You’ll Do as a RecruiterMarket & Business Development: Outreach to candidates through proactive recruiting effortsCommunication & Outreach: Conduct high volume outbound calls, messaging via email, phone, LinkedIn, and textCandidate & Client Engagement: Recruit, qualify, and assess candidatesRecruiting & Search Execution: Develop and execute search plans from start to finishCRM & Process Management: Utilize DDI’s CRM to track activity, candidates, and processSales & Influencing: Present opportunities and articulate value propositions clearlyPlanning & Time Management: Set and execute daily, weekly, and quarterly goalsTraining & Continuous Development: Participate in trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings
