Field Services Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in injection molding machinery and the plastics industry.

Job Responsibilities:Install, calibrate, commission, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment.Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues involving PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.Handle mold setup, process optimization, and production troubleshooting to meet quality targets.Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and performance improvement initiatives.Provide on-site customer training on machine operation and maintenance.Prepare service reports, work orders, and accurate service documentation.Follow safety procedures, including OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and 5S standards.Analyze recurring equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.Coordinate spare parts requirements and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams.
Required Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.8–10+ years of relevant experience in service engineering or technical support.Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and auxiliary equipment. xzbcwsv Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
