Customer Support Executive - Ecommerce Voice Process - Marathi and English Process

- Marathi and basic english Speaking Skills

Shift Schedule -

- 6 days working rotational shift

- 1 rotational week off

Salary -

18k CTC 14k Inhand

Key Responsibilities -

- Handle customer queries via calls

- Follow process guidelines and policies

System Requirements (Mandatory)

- Laptop : Intel Minimum - i5 / Ryzen 7

- Generation - 7 or above

- Ram- 8gb or above

- Windows Operating system -10 or above

- In built Camera required

- Wifi - minimum 25mbps upload & download speed

- Headphones - Wired USB MIC

- Power backup - inverter
