Sales Trainee

Purpose: Sales Trainees learn the basics of Electrical Supply before moving to the front Counter and later progressing into an Inside/Outside Salesperson to prospect and build relationships with existing and potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:Will learn our business by progressing from the Warehouse to the Counter to a Sales positionBuild relationships with customers through daily interactionsComplete daily tasks of assigned departmentCoordinate, process and disseminate information from other inter departmentsKeeping up with product knowledge through trainingPerform other job-related duties as assignedAttend monthly mentorship meetingsSkills:Able to work and learn in a fast-paced, self-disciplined environmentEffectively manage customer orders for our varied product offeringAble to multi-task activities with shifting prioritiesDecision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinkingExcellent time management, organization, and presentation skills xzbcwsv Highly proficient in MS Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsEducation and Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMicrosoft Outlook and Excel experience (Preferred)Sales Experience (Preferred)Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
