We’re working with a leading electrical contractor that is continuing to expand its Mission Critical division and is looking for experienced Electrical Superintendents to join its team in Las Vegas.
This is an opportunity to take a key field leadership position on major hyperscale Data Center projects, with an extremely attractive overall compensation package available for the right person.

The RoleAs Electrical Superintendent, you'll take responsibility for field execution across major electrical scopes on large-scale Data Center projects.You'll be responsible for:Leading day-to-day electrical field operationsManaging General Foremen, Foremen and large electrical crewsManpower planning and productivityCoordinating electrical installation and sequencingDriving schedules and critical project milestonesManaging MV/LV electrical installationsCoordinating switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, busway and power distributionWorking closely with Project Managers, QA/QC and commissioning teamsManaging safety, quality and workmanship in the fieldReviewing drawings, specifications and installation requirementsCoordinating energization, testing and commissioning activitiesDriving punch lists and final turnover
What We're Looking ForWe're interested in speaking with Electrical Superintendents, Senior Superintendents and strong General Foremen ready to make the next step.
Ideally, you'll have:Strong electrical construction experienceExperience leading significant electrical scopes and field teamsData Center / Mission Critical experienceStrong manpower planning and field leadership skillsExperience managing schedule, safety, productivity and qualityStrong knowledge of electrical drawings and systemsExperience with major commercial, industrial or mission-critical projectsKnowledge of NEC and electrical safety requirements
Previous hyperscale Data Center experience would be particularly attractive.
Candidates already based in Nevada are encouraged to apply, although relocation and per diem packages are available for the right candidates.
