Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday half day

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

We are hiring a Patient Calling Representative (Spanish) for a U.S.-based healthcare project .

• Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Collections, Healthcare BPO or similar voice-based roles .
• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience handling customer/patient calls, queries and follow-ups .
• Comfortable working with international/U.S. customers or patients.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR can apply if willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab .

• Handle patient calls for a U.S.-based healthcare project.
• Communicate with patients professionally in English and Spanish .
• Handle patient queries, requests and follow-ups.
• Provide clear and accurate information to patients.
• Maintain proper records of calls and interactions.
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience.
