Business Development Manager - IT Staffing & Services

Job Title: Business Development Director – IT Staffing maintain accurate data in the ATS/CRM and report progress to leadership. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in staffing or IT services sales / business development, with a proven record of opening new client accounts, not just farming inherited accounts. Skilled at consultative selling to senior decisionmakers, and comfortable working offsite and self-directed. Experience in insurance, financial services, or similar industries is a strong plus.
