We are looking for experienced Software Test Analysts (STA) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Service Workspace (CSW).
Client: Infosys
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: PAN India
Notice period: Immediate / 15 Days
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW applications
Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for requirement understanding and validation
Track and manage defects using Azure Dev Ops
Participate in test planning, test estimation, and reporting
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW testing
Experience with Azure Dev Ops (test case management, defect tracking)
Exposure to Assistance and/or Insurance domain
Good understanding of SDLC/STLC processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
