Overview To provide end-to-end control, governance, and analytical support for the Agro Business in Kosi, Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on strengthening existing processes, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring robust governance across Seed-to-Chip and Seed-to-Seed operations. The role will actively contribute to central automation projects. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Control, Governance & Risk Drive the Agro control agenda and establish a robust control framework in the Kosi region. Participate in risk assessments, define and implement business control activities (BCAs), and monitor effectiveness in the field. Ensure compliance with GCS, Schedule of Authority, and internal governance standards. Track and close control gaps, audit observations, and process deviation
