We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join a customer-facing team supporting mission-critical banking and payment platforms used by financial institutions across North America.

Location: India (Remote / Work From Home)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Business Hours – approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first and second line of support for customer-reported technical issues.

Triage incidents, reproduce defects, and collaborate with engineering teams for RCA and resolution.

Monitor payment transaction flows and ledger health.

Investigate issues using application logs, API traces, SQL queries, and messaging systems.

Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge-base articles, and support documentation.

Support customer onboarding, UAT, and certification activities.

Provide timely customer communication, status updates, and post-incident reviews.

Mandatory Skills

2–4 years of experience in Product Support or Technical Support within Saa S, Fin Tech, Banking, or Core Banking products.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and SQL for troubleshooting.

Understanding of payment concepts such as ACH, RTP, wire transfers, and reconciliation.

Experience with ticketing tools like Jira, Service Now, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

Linux fundamentals and basic shell scripting knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working permanently during US business hours.

Reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated remote workspace.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to ISO 20022, Fed Now, TCH RTP, SWIFT, or Visa B2 B Connect.

Experience with Kafka, NATS, IBM MQ, or similar messaging technologies.

Knowledge of Mongo DB or other No SQL databases.

Understanding of blockchain and stablecoin ecosystems.

Prior experience supporting banking or financial institution customers.

Familiarity with PCI and SOC2 compliance standards.
