Sales executive

GIRAF Creatives is a technology-driven company building innovative software solutions that help businesses streamline operations and accelerate growth. We are currently expanding our flagship software product designed specifically for the jewellery industry and are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to introduce our solution to jewellery businesses, build lasting relationships, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

Reach out to jewellery businesses through calls, emails, visits, and meetings. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our software product. Understand customer requirements and recommend the best solution for their business. Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Work closely with the product and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customerfacing roles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A positive attitude with a passion for meeting people and closing sales. Must be willing to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software products. Candidates from Kozhikode (Calicut) are preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
