Sales Executive — Weddings & Corporate Sales
Botanix Nature Resort, Damdama Lake, Haryana | Full-time | Reports to: Director
About the role
This role splits roughly evenly between wedding sales and corporate/MICE sales, with a strong coordination component. You will be the client's point of contact from enquiry through to handover to our on-site operations team.
What you'll do
- Wedding sales: Support the wedding sales head in conversion of enquiries into bookings, run site visits and client presentations, manage contracts and deposit schedules, protect peak-season inventory, and drive upsells (stay nights, décor, catering, room blocks)
- Corporate & MICE sales: Generate and convert leads for corporate accommodation, conferences and offsites; build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and event planners
- Lead management: Log and track every enquiry in CRM, follow up on schedule, prepare quotations, and negotiate within pricing guidelines
- On-site coordination: Work with operations, reservations and F&B to confirm logistics and hand off cleanly to the team executing the event
- Reporting & business development: Maintain sales reports, track conversion and pipeline health, attend trade shows/networking events, and collaborate with the marketing team to build strategy based on latest market trends
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in sales or business development, ideally in hospitality, resorts or events
- Experience in wedding sales and/or corporate/MICE sales strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable managing two concurrent sales pipelines with different cycles and clients
- Bonus: experience with hotel/resort booking systems, vendor coordination, digital lead-gen channels

Scope of Work
Organized into five areas: wedding sales, corporate and MICE sales, lead management and conversion, on-site coordination, and reporting and business development.
Wedding Sales
- Support the wedding sales lead to generate and convert wedding enquiries into confirmed bookings, working with prospective couples/families, wedding planners and referral networks
- Conduct site visits and client presentations, and negotiate packages within approved pricing guidelines
- Manage contracts, advance/deposit collection and payment schedules through to final confirmation
- Track the wedding season calendar and manage date holds and inventory to protect peak-season revenue
Corporate & MICE Sales
- Generate and convert leads for corporate accommodation, conferences, offsites and business events
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and event planners through regular visits and meetings
- Promote seasonal offers and packages tailored to the corporate/MICE segment
- Identify repeat and recurring business, and maintain existing account relationships
Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond to enquiries promptly; log, categorise and track all leads in the CRM with clear follow-up dates
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate within guidelines, and handle objections through to confirmation and payment
- Minimise lead leakage and ensure every enquiry receives timely follow-up
On-Site Coordination & Event Support
- Coordinate with onsite operations, reservations and F&B teams to confirm availability, requirements and logistics for weddings and corporate events
- Act as the client's point of contact through pre-event planning, handing over cleanly to operations for event execution
- Ensure accurate communication of property facilities, services, pricing and terms, and collect client feedback post-event
Reporting, Marketing Coordination & Business Development
- Maintain sales reports; track enquiry-to-conversion ratios and pipeline health across both segments
- Share market and client feedback with marketing, and report on the quality of marketing-generated leads
- Conduct market visits and attend trade shows and networking events to build a pipeline of wedding and corporate contacts
