We're hiring a Head Chef for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi — an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Who we're looking for - 10–12 years in professional kitchens, with time spent leading or serving as the second-in-command of a full kitchen - Strong menu design instincts — someone who thinks in seasons, sources hyperlocal, and can build a menu around what the land actually gives us - Command of food operations end-to-end — costing, portioning, waste, kitchen roster, vendor management - Deep respect for kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety protocols - Wellness-cuisine sensibility is a strong plus — knowing how to build something light, honest, and nourishing without dumbing down flavour What we offer - Full-time role, based on-site in Mulshi - Accommodation and meals provided on the property — you live where you work, in one of the most beautiful settings in Maharashtra - Creative ownership of the F&B story from day one - Direct working relationship with the founder
