Key responsibilities and requirements
- Lead configuration and implementation of InsuranceNow modules: Policy, Billing, and Claims.
- Design business rules, workflow automation, and underwriting validations.
- Customize user interfaces, forms, and system integrations.
- Define product structures and state-specific regulatory configurations.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance IT systems.
- Strong hands-on technical proficiency with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
- Background in mentoring engineering teams and defining technical best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
