Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required7+ years of professional experience (post-graduation); senior-level consideration based on demonstrated experience and leadership capabilitiesProficient in AutoCADLegally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship offered)Located within commuting distance of Florham Park, NJ, with reliable transportation (no relocation assistance offered)Available to work in office 5 days a week
Relevant Experience:Background in residential, multifamily, and mixed-use projectsStrong knowledge of construction documentation, building codes, construction methods, and construction administrationDemonstrated ability to independently manage architectural projects through multiple phases of design and constructionExperience coordinating consultants, managing schedules and budgets, and directing internal project teamsExperience communicating directly with clients, contractors, and project stakeholdersFor senior-level consideration: proven experience leading complex projects, managing project financial performance, and mentoring architectural team membersSolid foundation in construction documentation and an understanding of how drawings translate into built work

About the Role:As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will lead architectural projects from design development through construction administration, taking ownership of project coordination, schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communication. You will work closely with firm leadership and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered with the quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail our clients expect. For candidates joining at the Senior Project Manager level, responsibilities will also include leading more complex projects, mentoring and developing team members, providing greater oversight of project financial performance, and partnering with firm leadership on resource planning and project delivery improvements. The position and level of responsibility will be determined based on experience, technical capabilities, and demonstrated leadership.
