Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment Remote – United States | $100,000–$150,000 Base Salary + Incentives An established global pharmaceutical equipment and engineering solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and expand its presence in the U.S. pharmaceutical market. The company offers an extensive portfolio of aseptic filling systems, freeze dryers, isolators, liquid preparation equipment, and biopharmaceutical processing technologies, supporting customers from drug development through commercial-scale production. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with prior experience selling pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment who understands the technical demands of the industry and knows how to build relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotechnology companies. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, develop new business, grow existing accounts, and bring sophisticated equipment solutions to customers while working with an experienced international engineering and project management team. Qualifications Prior experience selling pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment is required , particularly equipment used in aseptic processing, filling, freeze-drying, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
