Role - US Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad | Work Mode: On-Site

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on US Staffing/Recruitment experience

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (9-hours shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a US Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. Prior Engineering recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with a combination of Engineering and broader non-IT recruiting experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer and placement.
• Recruit for US Engineering and Non-IT requirements , with the ability to understand technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Experience recruiting for Civil, Structural, Electrical, Utility, Construction, Transportation, or similar Engineering roles is strongly preferred.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references and other channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, interview updates and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with Team Leads, Account Managers and clients to meet submission, interview and placement targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of US Staffing/Recruitment experience.
• Engineering recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva or similar .
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
