Matrimonial Legal Secretary, Belfast, £Neg Overview Pathway Legal is recruiting a Matrimonial Legal Secretary to join an established law firm at its head office in Belfast City Centre, supporting its busy and highly regarded family law department.

The Role Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors.
Audio typing and preparing correspondence, court documents and legal forms.
Managing diaries, appointments and client files.
Liaising with clients, courts and other professionals.
Handling confidential information with care and discretion.
The Person Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within matrimonial or family law.
Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
A friendly, professional manner and a sensitive approach to clients.
Comfortable working as part of a team.
