Role: International Chat Process
Location: Jaipur (Sitapura & Mansarovar) | On-site
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)
Joining Date: 25 August 2026 (Immediate Joiners Only)
Compensation
CTC: ₹26,000 per month
During Training: ₹19,000 - ₹20,000 In-hand
Post Training: ₹22,000 - ₹23,000 In-hand
Performance Incentive: ₹30,000 annually

Experienced Candidates
Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries via Chat and Email
Deliver accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Ensure a seamless customer experience for e-commerce services
