About the role:
Relish Foods is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer to develop and expand our B2 B and Retail business in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating sales, managing existing accounts and building strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new retailers, supermarkets, cafés and food outlets.
Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage existing customers and drive repeat orders.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
Increase SKU penetration and average order value.
Build strong relationships with retailers, QSR owners and purchase teams.
Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at outlets.
Track competitor pricing, products, promotions and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain daily sales, customer and market reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of relevant field-sales experience preferred.
Experience in FMCG, Frozen Food & Beverage, QSR or Retail is desirable
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-driven.
Good knowledge of the Ludhiana market preferred.
Comfortable with extensive field work and customer visits.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
