Media head (kannada / hindi / telugu)

About the Role

We are hiring Media Heads to lead our Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu content teams and build a powerful digital presence in their respective markets. The ideal candidate understands content storytelling, audience psychology, and how to build scalable media engines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu content production team. Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms. Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality. Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and generate leads. Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance. Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment. Experience managing a content or media team. Strong understanding of social media growth strategies. Fluency in any one of the language Kannada, Hindi or Telugu and English, depending on the role Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly.
