Hiring: Manager – Faculty Engagement & Community
Location: Bengaluru (Travel Across India)
Experience: 10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale a nationwide faculty community and local chapter network.
Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic stakeholders.
Organise Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), chapter meetups, and on-campus events.
Manage and grow digital faculty communities.
Recruit and mentor faculty champions across regions.
Track community engagement and chapter performance.
Mandatory Skills
10 years of experience in Community Management, Higher Education, or Ed Tech.
Strong experience in institutional outreach and stakeholder management.
Proven experience building communities or chapter networks from scratch.
Experience planning and executing on-ground events across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Master's degree (Ph D preferred).
