Technical Support Representative - Evening Shift

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Representative in our Pakistan office to assist customers and internal teams with technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with application-related issues
• Troubleshoot account and application issues to identify root causes
• Diagnose problems and run tests within the application to verify functionality
• Submit support tickets for parts delivery requests and other necessary actions
• Document client interactions and issue resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of their concerns

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software/application issues
• Highly attentive to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a customer support, help desk, or technical support role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (HubSpot, Intercom, etc)
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or related industries is a plus

₨ 100,000 - ₨ 120,000 a month

This position is 5 Days a week - 06:00 pm to 03:00 am
