We’re working with a leading US private real estate lender on an exciting opportunity for an Asset Management Analyst to join their growing team in Miami.
The successful candidate will support the management of existing portfolio investments, working closely with borrowers, consultants, legal counsel and internal teams to monitor performance, mitigate risk and maximise asset value.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor borrower business plans, financial performance and technical covenantsLiaise with borrowers, vendors and other key stakeholdersReview legal documentation and assist with the preparation of legal noticesAnalyse property financials, loan performance and construction progressCoordinate with servicing teams to ensure payments are made on timeSupport external counsel on loan documentation and covenant enforcementPrepare investment reports, portfolio updates and financial analysisLiaise with consultants and assist with asset and site inspections
Key Requirements1-2+ years’ experience in real estate, ideally within asset management, lending or investments across debt or equityStrong analytical, organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree required, ideally in Finance, Engineering or Real EstateThe firm has financed over $2 billion in assets and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial working environment, with excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression. xzbcwsv
