About the Role
We are looking for an IT Engineer to manage IT systems, user accounts, technical support, backup/recovery, and basic infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and IT technical support to users.
- Manage systems, user accounts, access, and IT assets.
- Perform backup and recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
- Support basic networking and infrastructure requirements.
- Assist with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Required Skills
- Experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / IT Engineer.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills
- Windows/Linux administration.
- LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- IT helpdesk/ticketing tools.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
