Event Experience Designer - Fabrication, Production & Execution

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Event Experience Designer who can take an event concept from idea to physical execution. The role will focus on designing immersive event experiences, understanding fabrication requirements, developing practical production solutions and ensuring concepts can be executed within the available space, budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and experiential concepts for corporate wellness events and brand experiences.
- Translate concepts into practical fabrication, production and execution plans.
- Work closely with fabricators, production teams and vendors to develop structures, installations, props, branding and event elements.
- Create detailed briefs, references, measurements, material specifications and execution guidelines.
- Evaluate feasibility, costing, timelines and safety before concepts are finalised.
- Own the experience from concept development through fabrication and on-ground execution.
- Explore innovative materials, fabrication techniques and experiential formats to make Power8 experiences distinctive.
- Ensure the final execution matches the intended design, quality and client brief.
