WordPress expertise is required. Experience with Shopify, custom development, technical SEO, and website performance optimization is highly valued.

What You’ll DoYou’ll work with developers, designers, strategists, SEO specialists, and marketers to build and optimize client websites.
Web Development & Technical ExecutionDevelop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, templates, and functionality.Write clean, efficient, well-structured code across front-end and back-end environments.Build and support Shopify websites and e-commerce functionality.Contribute to custom website development beyond traditional CMS templates when required.Troubleshoot coding issues, bugs, and website performance challenges.Optimize websites for speed, performance, usability, and scalability.Implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, crawlability, and performance.Ensure websites function properly across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into responsive, functional digital experiences.Maintain code quality, version control, and technical documentation.Support website updates, enhancements, and maintenance.Keep current with development tools, technologies, and best practices.Collaboration & Team Contribution

Experience & Technical Skills
RequiredJunior-to-midlevel professional web development experience.Strong WordPress development experience.Experience building and customizing WordPress themes, templates, and functionality.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Understanding of responsive design and modern front-end development practices.Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing code.Understanding of website performance optimization and technical SEO fundamentals.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.Strong communication and organizational skills.A positive, collaborative personality and genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a team.Willingness to share ideas, contribute to improvement, learn emerging technologies and AI tools, and demonstrate initiative, accountability, and professional growth.
PreferredShopify development and e-commerce experience.Custom website development beyond standard CMS platforms.Experience optimizing website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.Experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or multi-client development environment.Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and website performance reporting.Experience collaborating with design, strategy, and digital marketing teams.
Work ExpectationsFull-time, mandatory in-office position at InnoVision Marketing Group’s San Diego headquarters.Participate in team meetings and collaborative work sessions.Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Support teammates and departmental priorities while maintaining a positive, professional workplace.
