With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, the company is continuing to grow and is seeking a Project Manager who can help lead complex custom home projects from start to finish. Job Description Manage luxury custom home projects valued between $5M and $15M from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams to ensure project success Monitor budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Project Manager and Project Executive Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest level of craftsmanship MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
