The BayTech Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer to support and enhance a sophisticated Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications environment.This role will focus heavily on the administration, engineering, integration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 platform, while also supporting a broader portfolio of enterprise applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngineer, administer, and support Microsoft 365 applications and servicesSupport Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related M365 technologiesTroubleshoot complex application, integration, authentication, and performance issuesDevelop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve administration and operational efficiencyParticipate in application upgrades, migrations, deployments, and integrationsWork with security and infrastructure teams on identity, access, compliance, and application securityEvaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities and help drive adoption across the organizationSupport and integrate additional enterprise applications as needed
Ideal BackgroundStrong hands-on experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra IDStrong PowerShell skills helpful xzbcwsv Experience with enterprise application integrations and troubleshootingFamiliarity with Intune, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Purview, Defender, or Microsoft 365 Copilot is a plusExperience supporting a large professional-services, legal, financial-services, or similarly complex enterprise environment is preferred
