We are a growing Texas healthcare law firm seeking an associate attorney who wants to build a long-term career with one firm, produce excellent work, and be part of a collaborative team.
Clients include physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, behavioral health providers, healthcare businesses, and growing medical practices. We advise them on regulatory compliance, business formation, contracts, MSO structures, acquisitions, licensing matters, disputes, and day-to-day legal issues affecting their businesses.
This is a primarily remote position with meaningful client responsibility, a strong benefits package, and opportunities to increase compensation.
We are looking for an attorney who:

Has at least two years of legal experience
Has experience in healthcare, regulatory, corporate, transactional, administrative, litigation, or a closely related practice area
Has strong legal research and writing skills

Attorneys who demonstrate that they can consistently meet the standards of the role may increase to a $100,000 base salary during that period.
If the required level of performance is not demonstrated during the initial review period, the firm may determine that the employment relationship should not continue.
Attorneys have opportunities to earn additional compensation through:
~ Performance-based bonus opportunities
~ Additional bonus opportunities tied to contribution and client growth
~20% origination compensation on collected fees from new clients personally originated by the attorney, subject to firm policy
