Customer Support Manager– Stock Market

Job Summary-

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to assist clients with stock market-related queries, trading platform support, account services, and general customer assistance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic to good knowledge of the Indian stock market, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities-

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC, login issues, and trading platform support.
• Provide information about stock market products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Educate customers on using trading platforms and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies while handling customer requests.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Indian Stock Market, NSE, BSE, Demat Accounts, and Trading Accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Finance-related qualifications preferred.
• NISM certification is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, Stock Broking, or Financial Services preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Servicing.
• Prior experience with leading stock broking or financial services companies will be preferred.

Candidates with previous experience in companies such as:

• Motilal Oswal Financial Services
• Angel One
• SBI Securities
• HDFC Securities
• Other reputed stock broking / financial services companies

Good Knowledge of Stock Market Operations

• Equity & Derivatives
• Mutual Funds
• Trading & Demat Accounts

• RMS & Back-office Processes
• Trading Platforms & Mobile Applications
• Customer Service & Complaint Resolution

Language Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of a regional language will be preferred.
