Hiring: Associate | Capital Markets Operations

We are hiring an Associate to join a growing capital markets operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in IPOs, corporate actions, registrar & transfer operations, or capital market services.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with corporates, banks, depositories, Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs), and stock exchanges.
• Prepare and share transaction-related drafts and documentation with clients before execution.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure complete documentation for processing.
• Update client information and corporate action events in internal systems.
• Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process allotment-related activities with accuracy.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in capital market operations or related functions.
