Salary: $110,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Expertise in dimensional modeling using Kimball methodology, advanced DAX, and model optimization.
• Strong SQL skills, relational database design knowledge, and experience with enterprise data warehousing architectures.
• Experience using Python for automated data workflows, API interactions, or data manipulation, such as with pandas.
• Practical HTML/CSS experience supporting embedded analytics, portal integration, or technical documentation.
• Ability to gather business requirements and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A bachelors degree is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI for 5 years is required.
• Ability to commute to Atlanta, GA 30329 is required.
• Experience with Power BI Embedded APIs, Azure capacity management, or Microsoft Fabric workspaces is preferred.
• Visual design and report UX/UI skills, including experience creating accessible Power BI reports aligned with Section 508 or WCAG standards, are preferred.

• Architect, scale, and optimize enterprise semantic models using star schema principles; develop DAX measures, calculation groups, and row-level or object-level security rules.
• Create executive-ready, interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that emphasize usability, data storytelling, corporate design standards, visual hierarchy, user experience, and accessibility.
• Develop Python scripts and advanced Power Query (M) transformations for data extraction, workflow automation, data quality, and API-based ingestion.
• Maintain and support embedded reporting environments, internal documentation hubs, and web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies.
• Monitor and improve refresh latency, DirectQuery and Import performance, and memory use with tools such as DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and Performance Analyzer.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and security teams to turn functional needs into governed, scalable business intelligence solutions.
• Maintain data governance practices, version control, deployment pipelines, and centralized semantic-layer documentation across production workspaces.
